① Research and development of special hard punching-resistant products granules.In terms of hard products, research center could develop special purpose dedicated granule and powder according to users’ requirements and product standards. Such as portable power source slide-wire sheathed granules.
② Development of composite elastomeric materials.Taking Weipren®’s advantage of high melt strength and simple manufacturing process, developing elastomeric material of compound function, used in fields of automobile, canopy cover, thin film and medical equipment, such as coated materials like auto water tube protector, tents and medical equipment pipes, etc.
③ Research of Yaxing Weipren® cable sheath rubber.As an excellent special rubber of flame resistance and weather resistance, Weipren® has been widely used in cable sheath and domestic power cord. Now Yaxing developed a variety of cable sheath rubber that Weipren® is the most important materials which has been widely used in different types of cable. The product have excellent performance, specifications are reaching or higher than the national or trade standards. Currently, research center can also develop formula according to special requirements of customers，to produce higher grade products.
④ Development of the steel wire reinforced hydraulic hose.Steel braided tube is the high-end product of rubber industry, have requirements of proof pressure, oil resistance, cold-resistant, under pulse, etc. Steel wire reinforced hydraulic hose made in American is essentially produced with chlorinated polyethylene. Many Weipren® products which Yaxing exported are used for producing rubber hose, while domestic production using with NBR and CR which are short-handed and expensive resources. Therefore, Yaxing research center and Shenyang rubber research institute join forces to develop steel braided tube all use Weipren® in external rubber, mesogloea and inner coveting rubber. Open the field Weipren® used in application of high pressure and oil resistant rubber hose. At present, a lot of Weipren® has been used to replace NBR and CR, greatly reduce costs in the hose industry and has made huge economic benefits.
⑤ Carry out research and production of automotive rubber hose.Weipren®’s a series of excellent performance can adapt to the requirement of auto rubber hose, such as the oil cooling coil around the engine compartment, Power steering hose, the brake tubes, etc. The harsh requirements like oil resistant, heat resistant environment demands rubber has high performance. While chlorinated polyethylene has outstanding performance in this respect, a lot of chlorinated polyethylene has been used in production of automobile rubber hose both at home and abroad. At this stage, put research and development emphasis on high-class cars equipment. Therefore, carry out research and production of automotive rubber will bring huge economic benefits.
⑥ Research on conveyor belt.Weipren® has excellent weather resistance and flexing resistance, is suitable for conveyor belt production, especially for outdoor-using heat resistant conveyor belt and coal-using flame retardant conveyor belt, which is a hot topic currently. Therefore, Weipren® could replace CR and EPDM, turn into the main rubber manufacture rubber tape.
⑦ Research on Weipren® applied in other rubber products.First, development of automobile sealing strip.Research center has developed a standard Weipren® automobile sealing strip material, used in the production of automobile sealing strip, replace Epdm rubber. Performance could meet standard requirements. Second, research and development of small sealing element for plant-using. Weipen® produced by Yaxing company used to manufacture all kinds of small pieces of rubber, including the formula design, molds design, could satisfy users' needs. These products mainly include sealing washer gasket and the axial elastic cushion, etc. In addition to ordinary cushions, we can also produce acid-resisting cushion, alkali-resisting cushion, etc. Third, used with EVA to make foam materials, could be used in shoe-making industry.
